 1. HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
  • In your Shipping Confirmation email, you'll receive a link to your tracking information. From there, you can monitor the shipment’s progress until the package is delivered to your door.
2. HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
  • We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible! Unfortunately, we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed.
3. I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE, CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
  • We appreciate you for ordering with us, unfortunately due to contamination and sanitation, we are unable to accept any returns. However, please contact us and we will be able to provide a discount code for repurchase.
4. MY ORDER WAS NEVER DELIVERED, WHAT CAN I DO?
  • This is very rare, but things do happen that is out of our control. If your order says it has been delivered and the wrong address was provided on customers end, unfortunately Schape will NOT be able to send out a new order and customer will have to re order. 
  • If this is an error on Schapes end, a new order will be generated and sent out to you as soon as possible. 
please make sure you contact us immediately with tracking number, order number, name, and address. Please allow up to 48hours for response. 

5. I HAVE RECEIVED THE WRONG ORDER. 
  • If you have received the wrong order, please email us immediately with order information as well as pictures of package and containing items. Allow 48hours for a full investigation and someone will be reaching out to you in regards to this matter.
6. I just placed an order, when will it ship?
  • We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 4-7 days production time for your order to ship out, average shipping times are 15-21 days.
Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business please email us at
